Examples of Project Experience

 

  • In second year of a five (5) year continuing services contract with the City of Tallahassee for the Tallahassee International Airport. Professional Surveying and Mapping sub-contractor to engineering prime. City of Tallahassee Contract 3306-01


  • In the second year of a three (3) year continuing services contract with Leon County Public Works Division, Florida for Professional Surveying & Mapping Services. Leon County Contract BC-03-02-16-17. Projects include Septic to Sewer project for the community of Woodville for over 1500 connections.


  • Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission – Recreation Division - Topographic Surveys to facilitate design in over 25 Wildlife Management Areas. The scope of services included recovery and or establishment of horizontal and vertical control points, full topographic survey of all existing above ground features and visible utilities to facilitate design of: sidewalks, drainage structures, utilities, fencing, buildings, paving, parking, boat ramps, docks and camp sites. Also, Jurisdictional Wetland Surveys, Mean High Water Surveys and Bathymetric surveys for over a dozen projects across Florida.


  • TP Smith Water Treatment Facility, City of Tallahassee – Upgrades and additions to the current water treatment facility, parking, sidewalks and additional structures. Scope of work including recovery and establishment of horizontal and vertical control points, construction stakeout and as-built survey.


  • BP2000 Capital Cascades – City of Tallahassee – Large municipal project to help alleviate flooding in Metro sections of the City of Tallahassee and to provide a City Park.  Survey services include: 1) boundary surveys (over 20 ordered to date) for property acquisition, 2) Sketch and Legal Descriptions to assist in determination of property ownership, 3) Expert testimony for the City of Tallahassee concerning boundary/ownership issues at hearings concerning property acquisition, 4) topographic Surveys for design.


  • FDOT Districts 1-3, 5 and 7 and the Florida’s Turnpike. Topographic/Design Surveys, Control and Right of Ways Maps. FDOT Certified DBE, Woman Owned Business in categories 8.1, 8.2 and 8.4. with over 25 years’ experience.


  • Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP)– Bureau of Design and Construction - Topographic Surveys to facilitate design in over 25 State Parks. The scope of services included recovery and or establishment of horizontal and vertical control points, full topographic survey of all existing above ground features and visible utilities to facilitate design of: sidewalks, boardwalks, drainage structures, utilities, fencing, buildings, paving, parking, boat ramps, docks and camp sites. Also Wetland Jurisdictional Surveys, Mean High Water Surveys and Coastal Construction Control Line Surveys. Construction stakeout and as-built surveys.
